Jeannine’s early career began in the dental industry where she aspired to become the dental manager in the prestigious Morriston Hospital Dental unit after helping develop innovative dental technology with fellow professionals.

Jeannine successfully managed the dental department before leaving in 2005 to become the financial director within Allied Design and Allied Solutions Ltd.

Jeannine has successfully developed the Allied Group of companies and takes care if all financials through the Allied Group.

One of Jeannine’s passions is raising money for a verity of charities where she has undertaken numerous charity bike rides including Paris to Swansea, Swansea to Barcelona, Jordan and Cuba.
